14. It is regular procedure to bolt racking structures to the flooring, and unless otherwise, our quote considers this. However, if the floor slab is enhanced with grid steel mesh or comparable materials to a level less than 70 mm listed below the surface area, unique drilling devices will be needed and any extra expenses incurred will be to the purchaser's account.

21. The Buyer shall pay the Seller instantly. If the Purchaser stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, withhold delivery of any more Goods to the Purchaser and might end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting contracts in between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Price is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
