14. If the Seller fails to include the cost of unique packaging in the Purchase Rate the Buyer must pay to the Seller such costs as needed.

However, if the flooring slab is strengthened with grid steel mesh or comparable products to a level less than 70 mm below the surface, special drilling equipment will be required and any additional expenses incurred will be to the buyer's account.
Unless mentioned in composing our quotation presumes a reasonable condition of flatness of flooring. Flatness tolerances should be within + 3 mm inside a 3 metre radius. Extra expenses sustained in compensating for a faulty or uneven flooring will be to the buyer's account. 19. 21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller right away. If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
